Briefly concerning classification types: note that there is a category of mail sources operated by private individuals and/or hobbyists. These people may operate one or two servers and support family, friends, and handful of businesses. I guess my point is that the classifications are too broad, but at the same time to don't want too many different categories either. I know this is probably a minor point to your larger question, but felt it worh mentioning.
